Ash Meaney

Over three decades ago in Paris, while working as a fashion model, Ash Meaney had a life-changing encounter with God’s presence. This transformative moment led him to leave the fashion industry, join an HIV nonprofit in London serving children and families, and later train at Ridley Hall, Cambridge, to become an Anglican priest. After pastoring in London, Ash moved to Southern California in 2012, where he served in non-denominational churches. Today, he is the founder of Eremos Place.

A significant part of Ash’s journey has involved integrating the charismatic and contemplative traditions. The charismatic life is marked by expectancy, openness to the Holy Spirit, and faith expressed in healing, power, and spiritual gifts. The contemplative life draws us into stillness, silence, deep listening, and an abiding awareness of God’s presence. Together, these traditions shape a rhythm of faith that is both prayerful and powerful—deeply grounded, yet joyfully alive.

Drawing from a broad spectrum of church traditions and specializing in trauma-informed soul care, pastoral counseling, inner healing, and spiritual direction, he has a passion for guiding others into a greater understanding of their identity in God. He has walked alongside pastors, marketplace leaders, artists, and nonprofit workers. He has trained church leaders, facilitated prayer retreats, and taught courses such as Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, The Marriage Course, Living Free, the Alpha Course, and Prayer Training.

Ash’s passion is to help people encounter God’s love more deeply, grow in prayer, and find freedom from the wounds and burdens that hold them back from living fully into God’s purposes. Walking with individuals, couples, churches, and communities into rest, renewal, and healing in God’s presence remains his greatest joy and deepest honor. It's this passion that forms the vision of Eremos Place.

He is married to Sibs, and they have three adult children together. They live in California.
